The file pt_PT.po must be removed because the file pt.po already exists!
In TDE Weblate, the Portuguese(Portugal) language must be removed.
In Portugal we can use pt or pt_PT but since the** pt** already exists and is the one that is most complete, the two languages codes are unnecessary.
Only the pt should be used

I suppose it makes sense here for pt_PT.po to be renamed pt.po to replace the new empty pt.po. Is that so?

I've already created the soundkonverter component for the portuguese(pt) and translated it taking advantage of the translation in pt_PT so you can delete the file in pt_PT now.
